Oh, the woes of a tall girl. I personally hate wearing heels over three inches high, so my collection of ballet flats is rather extensive. My favorite brand is Porselli, but I am loving the two-tone French Sole. I cannot wait to go to Spain in the fall...I'm hoping to bring home a few pairs of famous handmade Spain flats.

Stubbs and Wootton
I love a great pair of luxurious shoes and I've had been wanting a pair of Stubbs for long time before I bought the Red Crusade pair for myself for Christmas. They are very comfortable for this tall dame who hates heels with a passion. I was surprised on Christmas morning with the Nantucket Beacon pair from my in-laws, but I couldn't just stop at two pairs, so I picked up the College Gray loafers for those days when I just "can't" with people.
Which whimsical pair are your favorite??

Healthy Skin Tips
A few years ago, I went to the dermatologist for the first time because I wanted to get my skin checked out as I work in the sun. My mother has a skin disease where she must wear sunscreen everyday, so since I was a teenager, she harped on my sister and I to start taking care of our skin through the daily use of sunscreen.
Needless to say, my dermatologist found nothing and complimented my skin. My favorite sunscreens are by Shiseido. I have found nothing that compares to it. I recently started using a hand cream with SPF because I didn't my hard work taking care of my face to reflect poorly if my hands didn't match.

Happy Valentine's Day
I've never been a huge Valentine's Day girl. Sure, the first Valentine's Day as couple with my Permanent Boyfriend was super important in a weird, girly way, but the significance dimished over the years into a night of just enjoying each other's company, sharing a home-cooked meal, and marathoning a favorite show...and my significant other is in Disney World while I'm up in Boston awaiting another blizzard.
What are your favorite Valentine's Day traditions?

New Lilly Pulitzer Arrivals for Spring
Lilly is doing some throw backs to my favorite styles and I am excited for more!! The Rosie dress reminds me of the Adelson style from a few years that I regret not buying...but I can only buy one dress for Easter and have to start saving for Lilly for Target, which I will be first in line at the nearest Super Target on April 19th.

New Year's Eve Hair
On New Year's Eve, Salon Capri in Dedham invited me to get my hair done, which I gladly accepted because I am admittedly awful at styling my own hair. My stylist did a fabulous job creating a high bun surrounded by a braid...I wanted something out of the ordinary for New Year's Eve.
I suggest Salon Capri to ladies around Boston!! Their staff is very gracious and my stylist did a fantastic job. I can't wait to get a haircut there soon.

Surviving Winter
Yesterday, we recieved another foot of snow on top of three feet already...I am going out of my mind and am extremely jealous of people in warmer climates posting pictures of them wearing Lilly's Spring collection, but alas, the snows makes great weather for skiing, which I've come to enjoy greatly. On Saturday, we went up to Vermont to ski on Stowe and I hope for two more day trips. (I want to go to Killington so bad!)

Extreme Wanderlust
So much snow up on the North Shore!! Therefore, I seem to have an extreme case of Wanderlust. As I am always planning for summer and love handmade shoes, I came across Ancient Greek Sandals and a few I'm lusting over on Etsy. A pair of Gladiator sandals might be making their way into my wardrobe soon enough...
